Shipping Info



Daily shipping starts November 15th for the 2021 season.  We can ship items prior to that, just contact us or let us know what the desired delivery date is in the online order form section.

We try to ship all of our orders within 24 hours after receipt once daily shipping starts.  During the 2 weeks after Thanksgiving, orders are processed as soon as possible, but it can be up to 3 days for us to craft your fresh Balsam decorative and ship your order.  You can still request specific delivery date and we will try our best to honor it.

You can estimate delivery by using the UPS ground chart on this page.  Please note that UPS does not count the day the package is placed with them for shipment and orders received after 12pm EST may not be processed until the next day.  UPS does NOT include holidays, Saturdays or Sundays in their transits times.

Unfortunately, once a package is placed with UPS, we have no control over transit and delivery time.  If you would like a delivery guarantee, please contact us and we’d be happy to get you an upgraded shipping quote.

UPS does NOT ship to P.O. Boxes.  Please provide a physical address or contact us for a shipping alternative.

Please confirm shipping addresses.  UPS applies a $18 charge for any incorrect address.  If UPS determines an address is incorrect, the charge will be added to your invoice.
